The Yin Reset is a 6-week program designed to help you slow down, switch off, and reconnect with your body. Most of us spend our lives in “go mode” — always thinking, doing, and pushing. Over time, this keeps the nervous system on edge, which can show up as stress, tension, poor sleep, and ongoing aches and pains. This program is about creating balance. Each week, you’ll be guided through simple practices including breathing, mindfulness, and gentle awareness work to help calm your system and bring you back to a more relaxed, grounded state. There’s nothing complicated here. No forcing, no pressure. Just learning how to slow down, listen to your body, and give it the space it needs to reset
