Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule. However, in consideration of my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session rate.

• If you’re unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible – I’ll always do my best to be understanding.
